Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of See My New Roof, including the roof visualizer widget, the lead CRM dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by See My New Roof ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, embedding the widget, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

See My New Roof provides roofing contractors with an embeddable visualizer that renders a homeowner's home with selected roofing materials, together with a dashboard for managing the leads those visualizations generate. Subscriptions are billed at a flat rate of $99 per month per contractor account. There is no free trial; billing begins when your subscription starts.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to subscribe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate business information, and keep it current.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable for the current billing period unless we state otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend accounts with failed payments after reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including consumer-protection and advertising rules that apply to your use of the renders and lead information.
• Misrepresent visualizer output to homeowners as a final quote, engineering assessment, or guarantee of any result.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties who are not your employees or authorized agents.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our source code, models, catalogs, or pricing data.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including satellite or aerial imagery of properties you have no business relationship with.

5. Homeowner leads

Leads submitted through your embedded widget — including name, contact details, address, and selected materials — belong to you as the contracting business that received them. You are solely responsible for how you contact, store, and use that information, and you must comply with all applicable privacy and telemarketing laws (for example, TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the United States) when following up with leads.

6. Imagery, renders, and third-party services

The visualizer uses third-party imagery and geolocation services (including Google Maps and Street View) and generative AI to produce illustrative renders. Renders are approximations for marketing and visualization purposes only and may differ from the actual finished roof in color, geometry, and detail. We do not guarantee that imagery is available for every address. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of those third-party services as they apply to you.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including the widget, dashboard, catalogs, software, and branding. Brand names and product lines shown in the catalogs (for example shingle, metal, and tile manufacturers) belong to their respective owners; catalog inclusion does not imply endorsement or partnership. You retain ownership of your business content and of the leads you receive, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RENDERS WILL BE ACCURATE REPRESENTATIONS OF A FINISHED ROOF.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost leads, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, your access ends and your widget will stop functioning; sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
